The Kaleidoscope Plus Group announces the departure of Chief Executive Calum Nisbet

The Kaleidoscope Plus Group, the Midlands-based mental health and wellbeing charity, today announces that Chief Executive Calum Nisbet is to leave after nearly three years in the role. Calum has accepted an exciting new position as Chief Executive at a Birmingham-based organisation and will leave on 19th August 2026.

During his tenure, Calum led significant development across the organisation, bringing greater commercial rigour to its structure, building a robust approach to Governance, growing its fundraising capability and championing a more open and empowered working culture. The charity is in a stronger position as a result of his leadership.

Dave Rogers, Chair of the Board of Trustees, said:

“Calum has made a real and lasting contribution to The Kaleidoscope Plus Group. I speak for the whole Board in thanking him for his continued focus and support during his notice period and wish him well in his new role. We are proud of what has been achieved during his time here and we go into this next chapter with strong foundations and an empowered, confident team”.

Calum Nisbet, Chief Executive, said:

The Board have an interim plan in place whilst they consider the longer-term options for Calum’s successor.
