Pineapple Recruitment unveils new specialist Education division

One of the UK’s leading recruitment firms has announced the launch of a dedicated Education division to support schools and colleges and match high-calibre education professionals with roles.

Pineapple Recruitment, which specialises in providing professionals and support staff for the hospitality, catering, finance and HR sectors, has launched the new division which will help primary and secondary schools and colleges identify suitable candidates from headteachers, teaching staff, administration and support staff, through to business and library roles.

Covering both full-time, part-time and fixed-contract jobs, the Worcestershire-based agency’s new specialist team will also work closely with candidates to identify potential positions in both state and independent schools as well as colleges.

The launch of the new division also sees Emma Wilson joining to spearhead the department as its new business development manager. Boasting a strong network of education specialists, Emma will leverage her previous experience in education to drive growth and help clients navigate the sector’s unique regulatory and compliance requirements.

Kasia Krieger, Director at Pineapple Recruitment said: “Our new Education division provides dedicated and tailored recruitment service to both schools, colleges and candidates.

“Using our many years of experience in the industry, it pulls together a talented team under one banner and provides one solution for those not only looking for education roles, but also for schools and colleges looking to address the skills gaps or recruit senior level leaders.

“Schools and colleges don’t have time to source candidates and therefore we feel it’s a much-needed service which also has perfect synergies with the work we do supplying catering staff for schools.

“Emma joining us to lead the department is a significant milestone. She brings extensive experience and expertise in the sector, and her credentials are second to none. She is already generating impressive results and interest from both new and existing clients.”

The launch of the new division will also see Pineapple Recruitment donating IT equipment, sports kit and funding for school trips. Schools working with the company will be invited to bid for the funding once a term.
