Dandelion Video Production’s jobs and careers podcast “What Do You Do?” has reached 10 episodes, marking the end of the first season. The podcast examines jobs most people don’t know anything about, and explores unique approaches on ones we think we do.
For the last 10 weeks, Dandelion co-founder Adam Hanslow-Smith has been talking to people across Worcestershire and its surrounding counties about what it is they do all day, and how they do it.
“The response to the podcast has been phenomenal. I get people I’ve never met just walk up to me and ask me about it!” said Adam. “I never expected people to ask to be a guest on it.”
“I’ve done interviews before, but this was the first time I actually felt comfortable enough to enjoy it. Usually, I avoid re-listening because I feel embarrassed but this time, I watched it back feeling proud of myself and my whole business journey,” said Vanda Szabo, the photographer featured in the third episode. “Adam truly knows how to hold space and bring out the best in people, and that’s a rare gift.”
