Aztec Tiles, a new store with a franchise for luxury brand Fired Earth, has opened up in Bromsgrove with the help of commercial property agents John Truslove.
Company boss James Sirett has been on his hands and knees, tiling the floor of the premises in Sherwood Road, in preparation for the opening of the new store.
He said: “We had seen these premises had become available and they looked ideal for the tile store we wanted to open.
“We worked with Ian Parker and James Haynes from John Truslove, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They were able to answer all our questions and helped the leasing process go extremely smoothly.”
Working with the team from John Truslove, a five year lease was signed on the 2,452 sq ft Unit 5 on Sherwood Road, on the Aston Fields Industrial Estate.
Mr Sirett said: “We are the only Fired Earth franchise between Oxford and Manchester, which will make us a go-to destination for anyone looking to create a luxury look in their kitchen, bathroom or any other room they want to tile. Fired Earth has a well-deserved reputation for working with some of the best tile manufacturers and creating collections with a marvellous range of colours and patterns.
“We also carry stock from from Silver Lion and Essentially Tiles, which will give us a broad appeal to clients from across the Midlands.”
