Maggs Day Centre is looking for an exceptional CEO to lead our Worcestershire charity into its next phase of impact, sustainability and strategic growth- Salary: £65,000 + benefits | Full time (flexible considered)
We support people experiencing homelessness and severe disadvantage through open-access, trauma-informed services — including day centre provision, outreach, harm reduction, housing support, and essentials.
This is a pivotal senior leadership role with full responsibility for strategy, operations, governance, finance and partnerships.
We’re looking for a leader who can:
- Deliver organisational strategy and sustainable growth
- Lead high-quality frontline services
- Strengthen financial resilience and income generation
- Work closely with a committed Board of Trustees
- Build strong commissioner, funder and partner relationships
- Champion values-led, dignity-first support
Ideal background includes senior leadership in the charity, public or social sector, with experience in governance, financial oversight, partnerships and organisational delivery. Experience in homelessness or severe disadvantage is welcome but not essential.
