ISO Quality Services is delighted to announce the return of its much-loved Good Egg Awards, giving businesses the perfect opportunity to recognise those who consistently go the extra mile. Whether it’s a colleague or a client, the Good Egg Awards celebrate individuals whose dedication, energy, and commitment make a real difference.
Why does recognising people’s effort matter? A recent survey revealed that 42% of UK workers feel undervalued, and more than half are considering leaving their roles in 2026. Teams where recognition is a regular habit have an 87% lower risk of burnout, highlighting that even simple acts of appreciation can significantly impact wellbeing, engagement, and performance.
This year the categories for the Good Egg Awards are:
Passion Egg: Celebrates those who turn challenges into opportunities, pour their heart into what matters, embrace life with energy, and consistently show up prepared and proactive.
Quality Egg: Recognises those who maintain high standards under pressure, notice the details others might miss, follow best practices, and are the dependable backbone of their organisation.
Support Egg: For individuals who create supportive environments, share knowledge freely, encourage others, and remain calm and patient under stress.
Delivery Egg: Honours those who transform obstacles into solutions, exceed expectations, keep projects on track, and consistently deliver results.
Technology Egg: Celebrates those who embrace innovation, simplify complex processes, inspire others with new tools and technologies, and champion digital transformation.
In addition to recognising excellence, this initiative contributes to a meaningful cause. For every nomination received, the ISO consultants will donate an Easter Egg to Worcester Foodbank. Last year’s campaign received an overwhelming response, resulting in the donation of 130 chocolate eggs.
