After Bill’s retirement, Creative Mouse has seen a shift in leadership, with Rob and Steve stepping into co-ownership after more than 20 years at the studio.
That’s right, 20 years – Rob and Steve have been part of Creative Mouse almost from the very beginning. Both joining the studio straight from university and growing alongside the business. During that time, they’ve played a hands-on role in shaping Creative Mouse as it evolved. From a mail-order catalogue design agency into the multi-skilled design and photography studio it is today.
Because of this shared history and deep understanding of the studio, it felt like a natural step for them to take over following Bill – the previous Creative Director’s – retirement, and to begin looking ahead to the next chapter of Creative Mouse.
“Taking on this new role at Creative Mouse feels like a huge moment for us. After twenty years with the team, we’ve seen the studio through every stage of its growth, and we’re incredibly proud of what Creative Mouse has become. Over the years, we’ve learned just how important it is to balance work with family life, and that perspective has really shaped our approaches to the studio. As a result, we’re passionate about creating a workplace where people genuinely enjoy showing up each day.”
“Looking ahead, we’re excited to begin this next chapter. The Creative Mouse studio is a brilliant place to be, and our goal remains simple: to keep working with great people on projects that genuinely excite us. As long as we’re working hard, keeping a smile on our faces, and being the kind of studio others enjoy working with, we’ll be happy. We can’t wait to see what we all achieve together as we continue looking ahead.”
We’re excited to continue growing Creative Mouse as a friendly, collaborative place to work. One where people enjoy what they do and feel proud of the work they produce. By combining years of experience with an open, team-focused mindset. We’re confident in our direction and enthusiastic about shaping the future of the studio together.
