JH Lines is pleased to announce the addition of 3 new machines enhancing our capabilities to the packaging and point of sale industries.
Earlier this year we added a Trotec Laser Q400 with a work area up to 1300 x 900 mm and laser power of up to 120 watts, which can cut, engrave, and mark a wide range of materials with high precision for applications such as: personalization, signage, and profile cutting.
A third routing table, an AXYS 4010, was added to the routing department, with a working bed size of 1500 x 3000mm, a heavy duty spindle and a 10 point tool changer allowing multiple consecutive processes.
Our latest addition is a Fuze Business 1250 taping machine which is a wide, automated tape application machine used to apply single or double-sided adhesive tapes onto various materials for packaging, print finishing, POS displays, and signage. It features 2 independent taping heads and a large working area (1250mm wide) for versatile production.
