Roxel UK is proud to announce that Research and Technology Engineer Courtney Richards has been honoured with two prestigious accolades at this year’s Worcestershire Apprenticeship Awards. Held on 13th November at the West Midlands Safari Park.
Courtney Richards received awards in two categories. The first is the Advanced Level Apprentice of the Year, and the highly sought-after accolade of Worcestershire Apprentice of the Year 2025. These achievements reflect his exceptional dedication, talent and hard work as a key member of the Roxel team.
“Following his apprenticeship, Courtney has recently joined the Research & Technology team at Roxel UK as an R&T Engineer.” Comments Tom Bailey, R&T Manager (Maternity Cover) on Courtney’s achievements. He continues, “His drive, curiosity, and willingness to take on new challenges has been evident for many years, and it has been amazing to watch his professional growth from a distance. The Worcestershire Apprenticeship Awards is a flagship event celebrating the outstanding accomplishments of apprentices, employers, and training providers across the county. Building on Dillon Ford’s success at the 2024 awards, Courtney’s double win further underscores Roxel’s dedication to developing skilled talent, nurturing a culture of growth, and driving excellence throughout the organisation.
In his role as a Research and Technology Engineer, Courtney has consistently delivered exceptional work that contributes to Roxel’s ongoing success. His achievements not only recognise his professionalism and commitment but also serve as inspiration for current and future apprentices, highlighting the vital role apprenticeship programmes play in shaping rewarding and impactful careers.
