The shortlisting is recognition that ‘Journey’ is a breakthrough app that leverages industry-leading technology to offer fast, affordable access to specialist ‘people change management support’ that might otherwise be unaffordable. In having total clarity on employee experiences before, during and post business changes, SME’s can now protect their workforces, reduce risk, and implement change more effectively.
Bringing a game-changing, first-of-its-kind product to market proves a commitment to innovation that will excite and inspire visionary/creative ideas at every level.
Public voting is now open and will determine which shortlisted organisations move forward to the final stage. Voting closes at 6pm on Friday 25th July.
