VA Agency Founder Wins Business Award

Naomi Wachner, Founder of VA Agency Calibre Virtual Assistant Services (‘Calibre’), has been announced as winner at the 10th Anniversary Woman Who Achieves Awards, held at the historic Coombe Abbey Hotel in Warwickshire.

The Woman Who Achieves Awards were founded by Sandra Garlick MBE in January 2016. They recognise and celebrate the achievements of women in business throughout the whole of the UK. The 10th Anniversary of these awards was celebrated on 9th May 2025, where 300 women in business, and a few men too, came together to be inspired, to network, and to celebrate.

The judges said: “Naomi is driven, passionate and purposeful. She is inspiring and looking to pay it forwards, which is hugely admirable. Naomi is clearly family orientated and motivated to changing and influencing how her industry works, operates and evolves, with a benefit for all. Emblematic of what these awards are all about, she is a shining star!”

Naomi says: “What we are achieving here at Calibre is proof that virtual assistant work can be high-quality, dependable, and deeply human. We’re not just ticking boxes. We’re giving visionary leaders the support they need to thrive, while championing highly skilled professionals who deserve to be seen, valued, and heard. This award is a testament to the power of purpose-led business. A big thank you to everyone who’s believed in the vision so far. This is just the beginning.”

Naomi Wachner is a multi-award-winning businesswoman who has set out to elevate the standard of remote admin support and to create a platform for highly skilled individuals who may have been overlooked by conventional work structures.
