ABOUT THE CHAMBER BUSINESS EXPO
The Expo attracts over 950 visitors and 150 exhibitors, bringing local businesses and community leaders together to build connections and grow across the two counties.

EXHIBITORS
How do I book a stand?
Stands are booked by downloading the Booking From off the Chamber Website – Business Expo | Events | HW Chamber of Commerce, once completed they can be returned to [email protected] where they will be processed, and an automated confirmation email will be sent to confirm your booking is secure.
What options can I have on my stand?
On the Booking Form, there are a number of different options for stand size and additional extras including electricity, advertising, breakfast, location and tablecloths.
Is there a maximum number of staff I can have on my stand?
No, you can have any amount of members of staff on your stand, and we suggest they are pre registered in advance so they have a badge on arrival. Names should be sent to [email protected]
When do I set up my stand?
Set up of stands for the Expo takes place the day prior to the event, between 3pm-6pm. At this time, the side doors are opened for easier loading and access, and there is no restriction on parking at the venue during this time. A full Exhibitor Pack is provided with lots of information including set up times, wifi, and health and safety information.
Can I have electricity on my stand?
Yes, you can have electrical points added to your stand. However, electricity must be pre-ordered via your stand booking form to ensure the electrical points are installed on your stand during setup.
Where can I park on the event day?
In partnership with the Worcestershire Racecourse, we are able to provide free of charge parking for the Chamber Expo on the racecourse grounds, which is a short walk across the Sabrina Footbridge. Please use the postcode WR1 3EH, Severn Terrace Road access. This car park will be open from 8.00am-3.30pm on Thursday 1st October. There are also plenty of nearby pay-and-display car parks, including Tybridge Street, Crowngate, New Road, and Croft Road. We also recommend using public transport or car sharing whenever possible.
Each exhibiting business will have access to 1 free car parking space on the day of the event. This car will need to be pre-registered via your booking form.
What audience attends this event?
The Business Expo is a B2B event, with a range of Exhibitors and Attendees from a variety of sectors across the two counties, with attendees from all areas of businesses.

Do I need to pre register?

Do you provide a delegate lists?
We provide a list of Exhibiting Businesses in the event programme and on A1 boards around the hall, but not a list of all attendees due to GDPR restrictions.
Can I attend the seminars and workshops?
All of the seminars and workshops are free to attend, and we recommend booking in advance to secure your place. Head to the ‘What’s On’ page on the Expo section of the website to book.
There will be a variety of free seminars taking place throughout the day. However, please note that pre-booking is advised to guarantee your place.
Will refreshments be provided?
Tea and coffee will be kindly provided free of charge throughout the day for both exhibitors and visitors.
Alternatively, there is also an onsite café offering a range of additional drinks and food options available to purchase.
Can I hand out flyers as an attendee?
Visitors are admitted on the understanding that canvassing is not allowed by non-exhibitors. Visitors in contravention of this rule will be asked to leave. This policy is in place to support the exhibitors that have supported this event by purchasing a stand. Exhibitors only are welcome to sell at the event.
