This half day introductory taster session gives delegates an insight in how to manage change within the workplace.
Who is this course for?

This course is valuable for anyone who feels they need an understanding of how to lead change and the difficulties that can come along with change in the workplace.

Gina Bradbury is a commercial strategist, business consultant and trainer with many years of experience in both product proposition development and leading organisations through growth and change. As a British Computer Society Certified Agile Practitioner, she combines commercial insight with up to date understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies.
