Covering general policing roles to becoming head of the murder teams for 3 different Police Forces.Laura Worsfold, Chief Executive, Severn Arts Putting your head over the parapet – Laura will cover the importance of taking risks and dealing with change in business alongside the challenges that has faced the charity sector this year. She will explain how to realign and refocus, know when to be bold and show willing to adapt and flex.
