Description

One of the biggest changes resulting from the coronavirus pandemic has been the switch to working from home. For many businesses, managing people remotely is a new challenge.
As we approach Steps 3 and 4 of the Roadmap out of lockdown, many companies are planning to use a hybrid of office and remote working. This event will help you understand the relevant law and provide you with good practice guidance on managing employees remotely.

Sally Morris, Partner, Head of Employment Division at mfg Solicitors LLP, will provide an overview of the legal obligations of homeworking focusing on some of those tricky areas to include GDPR and social media.
Andrea Borwell-Fox, Commercial Director at borwell, will share top tips for using technology to implement safe ways of working, and demonstrate digital tools to ensure you comply with legal obligations.

To register for this webinar, please book your place via the website by logging in or via events@hwchamber.co.uk. You will be sent the link, meeting ID and password on the day of, or the day before the webinar is due to take place.
