This is a practical workshop aimed at export sales, finance teams and contract staff who are concerned with the financial risks and cash flow implications associated with large contracts in new or difficult overseas markets. Using interactive case studies and exercises, delegates will understand how to assess and manage buyer and country risks from initial enquiry, through to contract completion.
