Using real-life examples and your own experiences, participants will learn about key financial documents such as Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss accounts, cash flows and Budgets, as well as gaining knowledge around VAT, online accounting software and business margins.
This practical and interactive training course is designed for SME’s, small business owners or managers who have acquired responsibility for some of the financial tasks within their organization. This workshop will also be useful for more experienced managers who wish to refresh themselves of the basics.
The aim of this practical and participative course is to equip the non-finance manager with practical knowledge, tools, and techniques to use in their workplace. Throughout the course we will have practical examples as well as time for Q&A and discussion around specific issues that have arisen.
