Droitwich based print management company, Print Strategy Europe, is delighted to announce it has won the 2018 Family Business of the Year Award for the Midlands region. The award comes from the National Family Business Awards, the only organisation specifically set up to support and promote Britain’s family firms. Now in its 10th year, the awards were held at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 14th July, attended by 400 of the country’s best family businesses from across the UK.

Founded in 1995 by brothers Rob and Phil Newton, and later joined by younger brother Paul, Print Strategy is a family business through and through. The brothers saw an opportunity to use their wide-ranging experience and knowledge of the print industry to help customers find the perfect print solution. They also saw an opportunity to found a company based on a strong set of family values.
Co-founder Paul Newton said, We are over the moon to receive this award. Much of our success over the last 23 years is down to the strong set of values we live by every day. As a family run company, we believe it’s important to always do what we say we will do, to always do the very best we can and to always put our customers in a better place.”
Very much like a family, the brothers are strong supporters of apprenticeships. They see it as a great way of recruiting with maximum positive social impact – nurturing young local talent and helping it thrive in their family environment. The apprentice scheme has been incredibly successful for the company and it is something they continue to believe and invest in.
Their family values have clearly served them well, having experienced strong year-on-year growth and boasting a client list that includes some of the UK’s fastest growing and ambitious brands including Mr & Mrs Smith, Hello Fresh, Whittard, Hotel Chocolat, L’Occitane en Provence and Bloom & Wild to name but a few.
