DRP CREATES APP FOR WORCESTER BOSCH WITH 5.5K USERS

Local creative communications agency drp, and their drpdigital team has recently produced a customer-facing app for domestic heating manufacturer, Worcester Bosch, called ‘My Worcester’.

The ‘My Worcester’ app already has over 5.5K monthly active users, after launching on the 3rd October to bridge the gap between Worcester Bosch installers and the logistical office-based teams. The overall aim of the app is to make life easier for their Worcester Bosch installers when they complete their variety of key tasks.
drpdigital has a long-standing relationship with Worcester Bosch, managing and creating their website and various other digital-based projects. The app has key features such as a personalised dashboard for installers, automatic appointment creation, a content directory, product information, mobile scanning, training, events and news. All of this can be accessed by the installers on the go, at any location to assist them with their daily job.
