Safari Venues is getting ready to host a variety of new, exciting events over the summer months.

Situated in the grounds of West Midland Safari Park, there will be an array of themed evenings - from 80s Night and The Rock of Ages Experience, to a UB40 Tribute and Caribbean Night - giving guests a night to remember.

Summer events will take place in Treetops Pavilion, one of the largest venues in Worcestershire and the ideal space for a party. Featuring live music, fancy dress and authentic street food, there really is something to suit everyone.

Kicking off the summer in style is 80s Night, where guests can re-live their youth with fantastic five-piece band, ‘Retro Electro’. Also joining the disco is ‘Walkman’, the original robotic dancer who will be showing guests his best retro moves. 80s Night is the perfect excuse to dig out your leg warmers, slip on some neon leggings and roll up your blazer sleeves!

Safari Venues Manager, Jason Smith, said, “We are thrilled to be hosting such a variety of live acts and entertainment hand-picked from a selection of the industry’s finest. Don’t miss out on a summer of partying with Safari Venues.”

He continued, “It’s not too late to join us for the 80s Night on the 16 June with Retro Electro and Walkman. We really hope everyone joins in with the fun and dons their best fancy dress outfits. We also have street food to purchase at each event and we try to make it as authentic as possible, adding to the theme and atmosphere of the evening.”

Live music continues with The Rock of Ages Experience in July, which celebrates some of the best rock music of the past few decades. Featuring a six-piece band that pays tribute to the smash-hit Hollywood musical and film, the evening is set to be a night like no other.

Safari Venues will also be hosting its first ever UB40 Tribute Night in August. The evening will showcase ‘Johnny2Bad’, an eight-piece live band performing hits from the Midlands-based reggae legends. Featuring classics such as ‘Kingston Town’, ‘Baby Come Back’ and ‘Red Red Wine’, the band’s high energy performance and fantastic vocals are not to be missed.

Bringing the flavours and sounds of exotic island life is the Caribbean Night, featuring a steel band and live vocalists singing the popular reggae hits of Bob Marley and many more. With a limbo competition and carnival dancers to add to the tropical atmosphere, loud shirts and grass skirts are a must!

Safari Venues’ events can be booked via or by telephone on 01299 406460. 80s Night takes place on 16 June, The Rock of Ages Experience 14 July, UB40 Tribute 18 August and Caribbean Night 1 September. Guests are advised to book early to avoid disappointment. Over 18s only. Further information can be found on the Safari Venues’ official Facebook page:
