Six businesses from Herefordshire and Worcestershire have been recognised with the prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise, one of the highest accolades for business success.

The Queen's Awards were announced on the monarch's birthday on Friday 21 April. Winners from Herefordshire and Worcestershire include:


The Smart Actuator Company Limited – Malvern

Titania Ltd – Worcester

International Trade:

Fish4Dogs Limited – Rushock

Metrasens Ltd – Malvern

Oakland International Ltd – Redditch

Propath (UK) Ltd – Hereford

Sustainable Development:

Oakland International Ltd – Redditch

Business Secretary Greg Clark said:

"The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise highlight everything that’s great about UK business today.
