Local businesses are invited to attend a forum discuss connectivity in Worcestershire.

Here at the Chamber we know connectivity is a huge issue for local businesses which is why improving digital infrastructure is a key feature in our Chamber Manifesto 2017.

With the support of key partners and the business community, we want to work towards high quality mobile networks and broadband for rural and urban businesses across the region. Therefore we are bringing together key partners to have an open conversation with the business community about connectivity in the county.

We will be joined by Stephen Ashton, Senior Project Manager for Broadband & Connectivity at Worcestershire County Council, Cllr Ken Pollock, Cabinet Member for Economy & Infrastructure, and Lorraine Stone, the Connected County manager at Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership. After hearing updates on both superfast broadband and connectivity, there will be an open forum for business leaders to raise questions and concerns.

The session will begin promptly at 12pm with networking and a light buffet lunch, followed by presentations and Q&A sessions.
