CHAMBER JOINS THE GOOD RECRUITMENT CAMPAIGN

Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce is proud to be part of the Good Recruitment campaign, which helps organisations benchmark their current recruitment methods and reinvigorate their strategies in order to attract the right candidate.

The initiative is led by a collaboration of businesses that are continuously working towards improving the performance of their organisation. Becoming part of the campaign shows employers’ commitment to their employees through adhering to the nine standards in the Charter, including being fair and ethical, delivering a high standard of candidate experience, offering flexible working arrangements and addressing youth employment.
