97% of participants in our Customer Satisfaction Survey scored Chamber Business Training as Good or Excellent.

We are excited to have recently launched training at our new Herford office, based at the Business Solutions Centre at Skylon Park, Rotherwas, with three courses already scheduled in before the end of January and plenty more to come.

Emergency First Aid at Work
Our Emergency First Aid at Work course is filling fast, taking place on Monday 9 October. In accordance with the Approved Code of Practice to the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, employers are ‘strong recommended’ to consider the need for Emergency First Aid training for appointed persons within their organisations.

Intermediate Microsoft Excel 2016
Microsoft Excel is a key competency that supports many day to day functions in an organisation. Due to feedback we have received from our Herefordshire Training Survey, our Hereford Intermediate Excel course is now running on Excel 2016. The course is taking place on Thursday 16 November – with a few places still remaining.

Introduction to Project Management
Our Introduction to Project Management course is always popular. The course aims to develop delegate’s skills as a Project Manager and gives attendees an understanding of what makes a good Project Manager. This course is taking place on Tuesday 16 January.
We are using this opportunity to widely expand the training courses we have on offer and have launched a training survey to gain a further understanding of what training needs local businesses require, whether it be immediate or in the future. This survey can be accessed via

Following our expansion to Hereford, we are pleased to also announce new courses that have been added into our Worcester portfolio.

With the success of our current Excel courses, we are pleased to announce we have secured a further date for our Excel Master Class. This is not for the faint hearted! Launching on the 18 October with only 6 places, we have a day jam packed with sophisticated exercises of a lengthy nature to stretch your Excel imagination and skills! Our first course is set to take place on Wednesday 18 October, with only 1 place remaining.
