Aimed at all company personnel involved with and/or have and understanding of customs procedures in International Trade.

What’s new sessions run by Strong & Herd are essential to ensure that businesses are kept up to date with all areas of customs procedures.

The training programmes are fully revised before each presentation to ensure that all information is current and valid and now includes news and updates about Brexit.

This is your opportunity, to see what has changed or will change within international trade procedures and regulations in an interactive workshop session. The biggest change to EU Customs law was implemented on 1st May 2016 – the Union Customs Code (UCC). The changes are extensive so this course will be concentrating on the practical impact to EU businesses trading internationally.

It will impact on customs procedures, the storage and movement of goods plus valuation rules and the use of customs procedures such as Inward Processing.

The course also includes update on other relevant areas of international trade such as:

Origin and Preference Rules
Export Licensing Controls
