The Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce is a member-led, not for profit organisation which works to support the local business community and our network of members. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join our busy Membership team.

You will provide a dedicated key account management service to our Patron and Strategic members, identifying strategic business objectives and developing a programme of activities to achieve those objectives.

You will be responsible for achievement of the overall targets for the Patron and Strategic members and will proactively identify new members, targeting and recruiting them in order to grow the network.

The successful candidate will have experience of developing strong client relationships, negotiating and influencing skills and have worked in a sales, events or client relationship role previously.

You must have excellent presentation and communication skills, be customer focussed, commercially aware and be able to demonstrate consistent target achievement and income generation.

The Chamber offers a full benefits package which includes: 29 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, a non-contributory pension scheme and private healthcare.  We offer a range of work life balance policies and are an equal opportunities employer.
