WORCESTER LAWYER LEADS HER FIELD FOR VICTIMS OF CLINICAL FAILINGS (1)

Date: 29/09/2016

Inez Brown, Partner with Medical Accident Group, the clinical negligence specialists and sister company of Harrison Clark Rickerbys, has been named as a leader in her field in the prestigious Legal 500 directory of the UK’s top law firm and lawyers.

Inez, who earlier this year won Birmingham Law Society’s Partner of the Year award for her work for the victims of clinical or medical negligence, was singled out for praise in the directory which also recommended colleague Ally Taft and recognised the team’s growth – the team itself was ranked among the leading firms in the region.

She said: “I am delighted that my work for those who have suffered clinical negligence has been acknowledged, and equally pleased to see that our team has received accolades for its work too.”

Inez has led the team at Medical Accident Group since 2012, and has a national reputation for the quality and scope of her work, acknowledged by The Legal 500 and the legal directory Chambers and Partners.

She deals with those affected by the most serious illnesses or catastrophic injuries, and also uses her expertise to further others’ learning through lectures and seminars, as well as contributing, for the last three years, to a post graduate module at Northampton University, for professionals who manage children and young people with a brain injury.

Medical Accident Group was formed by parent company, Harrison Clark Rickerbys and based in Worcester, to provide specialist medical negligence and major injury expertise by lawyers committed to getting the best results for those who have suffered a medical accident or major injury.

Accredited by The Law Society and members of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, Medical Accident Group is also associated with the Child Brain Injury Trust and the Specialist Clinical Negligence Panel.
