A Worcester based credit control company is building its own success story by moving to bigger offices on the Brookend Farm Estate in Kempsey, just south of Worcester.
The Directors describe 2014 as its "most successful growth year" as more businesses are seeing the value in outsourcing their credit control function to experts in a time when the need to cut overheads is a key objective. Gravity Credit Control Ltd also made the H&W Chamber Awards finals for "Most Promising new Business 2014". The firm, which employs five people, has been going for just over two and a half years and is on track to do even better this year.
Director, Caron Crawford said: "This move is a really positive step forward for us and we're thrilled with the success of the business in such a short time."
"We have seen a general upturn in businesses outsourcing to local, trusted firms which provide specialist help which enables them to concentrate on their core operations. By moving into a larger space, we will be able to take on new business whilst maintaining the emphasis on client retention and customer service."
The company is intending to create more jobs in 2015 to fulfil the need for new and experienced credit management staff.
