Headmaster's Introduction We held a special ‘Superball’ assembly on Thursday to wish the girls all the best before Saturday evening.

We hope you can join us for this really special annual occasion where we celebrate Girls’ sport in the impressive surroundings of the University Arena. Tickets can be purchased in advance or on the door so please do come along and cheer on Captain Honor Jeavons and her team as they compete in the third ever ‘Superball’.

The School features in this month’s Chamber of Commerce magazine ‘Business Direction’ and we have even been put on the front cover! The RGS article explains the benefits to our pupils of achieving at a high level academically, whilst participating in a wide range of co-curricular activities which, together, develop the skills the pupils will need in the future.

Our Careers department, working with the academic and co-curricular teams, is fast becoming a leader in the area of skills development. Employers are telling us how important it is that students applying for jobs have the skills they will need in the work place and we aim to prepare our pupils to give them a head start. If you would like to read the article, please click here.

The RGS Times this week includes superb Debating success in the Oxford Union Finals as well as BBC School News Report day and Duke of Edinburgh Award expeditions. There is a report on the well-attended Challenge Cup match at Sixways Stadium earlier this month as well as other sports including Hockey success and Equestrian
. There is even news of one of our pupils commentating at Ascot and at Cheltenham, and another owning a winning dog at Crufts!

So, whatever your skills, whether they are debating an issue or shooting a hoop, there is something for everyone at RGS Worcester.
