Kidderminster based Minster Micro Computers Ltd have confirmed the appointment of Mike Fielding as New Business Sales Consultant.
Having worked previously across a broad range of business sectors, both in the Midlands and abroad in Portugal, Mike’s retail management, customer service, and programming experience is a strategic move for Minster as they look to further enhance support for existing business and extend service offer within the retail sector.
Minster Director, Mrs Susan Marlow, stated: "Forming part of our sustained drive for growth and to further develop our team to support our expanding business portfolio, Mike’s appointment is key and a great addition to our skilled and expanding team, aiding both focus on development as well as operational skills as we progress the business and our market, both locally and further afield."
One of the longest established and well-known IT firms in Worcestershire, Kidderminster based Minster Micro Computers Ltd offers a rapid and targeted IT business solutions response service. A leading provider of Microsoft, SAP and Pegasus business software, Minster also delivers business software and hardware IT support services to customers across the West Midlands ranging from SME’s to corporate bodies with large multi-user networks.
Living locally, Mike loves PC gaming, supporting Stourport’s Civic Hall Group and has a rather unusual interest in the sport of Mud Running. Last year he completed the Midlands event of Tough Mudder, which involved running for 12 miles and tackling 26 obstacles, an event he intends attempting again next week on Saturday 30th May!
Mike and his wife Becky are expecting their first child later this year.
Said Mike: “Being local, and being aware of Minster’s good reputation, I was delighted to be invited to join such a respected business as Minster, and to bring my retail sales background and experience into a B2B environment.
“I’m also looking forward to next week’s Tough Mudder event, before taking on my biggest challenge yet of becoming a dad.”
