The 13th October 2016 saw the Comms National Awards being held at one of London’s most prestigious venues, The Hilton Hotel, on Park Lane.
Welcomm Communications Ltd were shortlisted from hundreds of applications for the ‘Best SME Cloud Solution’ as well as the ‘Best SME Vertical Market Solution’, battling alongside industry giants, each with solutions which deserved acknowledgement in their own right.
After some business networking, the delegates gathered for the award announcements, and Welcomm received the accolade of ‘Highly Commended’ for ‘Best SME Vertical Market Solution’ based on a converged voice and data solution that they provided to one of the largest growing carpet and flooring retailers in the UK. Welcomm’s dedicated team fulfilled the challenge of helping to facilitate the opening 50 stores in 12 months, over-delivering on the customers’ expectations; a triumph acknowledged by the expert judges of the Comms National Awards.
Winners on the night also included Welcomm’s partners, Gamma, for ‘Best Hosted Platform’ as well as Akixi winning ‘Best Call Management Solution’.
There are already plans afoot for the 2017 ceremony, and Welcomm will continue to strive forward with its award winning products and customer service to ensure we are at the forefront in order to achieve greatness at next year’s Comms National Awards.
