LEADING LONDON SHOW BENEFITS FROM REGION’S EXPERTISE

Date: 19/05/2017

Once again, ‘Cyber Valley’ will be well represented at the leading Information Security Exhibition, InfoSecurity. With two leading Malvern businesses and a pioneering Worcester business confirming attendance, the region’s global reputation as a world-class centre in cyber security excellence will be heightened at the London, Olympia, Show.

Between 6-8 June, the three leading cyber security solution providers Deep Secure, IASME and Titania, will be showcasing their respective portfolios to a global audience seeking effective solutions.

For Deep Secure, who provide cyber security solutions to enterprises needing to address the most sophisticated and undetectable attacks, Infosecurity, is a key event and an opportunity to engage with existing and future customers. This year Deep Secure will be demonstrating a number of new capabilities on its Content Threat Removal (CTR) Platform.  With the use of Social Media as a business norm, enterprises need to address the risk quickly as the Cyber criminals and rogue insiders are exploiting this inability to detect steganography.

Tony Kinkead, Sales and Marketing Director commented, “Our unique CTR Platform, including our new Steganography capability, is a pioneering and game changing approach to defeating sophisticated attacks, malware, viruses and data loss.  Initial research has indicated that the market needs a solution that doesn’t just detect problems or isolate a business’s ability to function in order to stop an attack, it needs a revolutionary approach that removes entirely the risk and allows the business to operate and maintain its competitive advantage.”

For leading cyber security certification and assessment provider, IASME Consortium, this will be their fourth year at the Show.  IASME is an appointed accreditation body for the Government backed Cyber Essentials certification scheme; a scheme addressing controls in 5 key areas which, when absent, have been proven to be at the heart of the majority of internet born attacks.  IASME will also be showcasing its award-winning Governance scheme which has recently been expanded to include questions that allow businesses to assess themselves against the requirements of the imminent General Data Protection Regulations.

Dr Emma Philpott, Chief Executive of IASME, remarked, “This Show draws professionals seeking a wide range of cyber and governance related solutions for themselves and for their supply chains.  There has been much interest in IASME at previous Shows as our certification solutions help businesses become more resilient against cyber-threats; they are also a requirement of an increasing number of tenders.”

Titania returns to Infosecurity Europe, demonstrating intelligent security automation, their brand-new scheduling feature in Nipper Studio and celebrating their Queen’s Award for Innovation. This year Titania celebrate Infosec’s Unsung Heroes and you can check out the difference between scanning and configuration auditing with Nerf guns at their Firewall Shooting range.

Developer of award-winning Nipper Studio, and Titania’s CEO, Ian Whiting, explained: Infosecurity is Europe’s biggest information security show. It’s the perfect event to scoop up the latest trends and newest tools. This is our 6th year exhibiting and we are looking forward to it. The team has prepared a lot of surprises for our friends and visitors.”

With cyber security consolidating itself as an item on corporate agendas, the region is blessed with world leading technology and solutions. Having three strong representatives at this internationally recognised Show ensures that the region’s expertise is anchored firmly on the world map.

If you’re attending the Show you can find Deep Secure, IASME and Titania exhibiting on stands C250, S70 and G40 respectively.
