CELEBRITY FLIGHTS BOOKER LANDS AT BROCKERIDGE PARK

A business that arranges flights for celebrities, VIPs and high net worth individuals has relocated to a professional executive office suite outside Tewkesbury.

Skytime Jets, which was co-founded by husband and wife directors James and Kelly Shotton in 2012, have moved to Brockeridge Park from Gloucestershire Airport at Staverton near Cheltenham.

They have leased the third last unit on the park – an office of 1,115 sq ft on Bredon Court on a five-year lease at a guide rent of £14 per square foot.  Two further offices – another on Bredon Court and one on Welland Court – remain available.

Skytime Jets were attracted to the dedicated rural office park just off the M50 at Twyning by the stunning location that has impressed both customers and partners – and by an imminent favourable change in business rates.

They offer the simplest, safest and most flexible way to charter an aircraft.  They also provide consultancy to maximise charter revenues for owners of private aircraft.

James Shotton said: “We can book flights for anyone from anywhere to anywhere in the world, so had no need to remain tied to the airport.

“So the simple and short commute to a charming work environment with brilliant broadband speeds were all very appealing, especially alongside the zero rates with the forthcoming change to business rates.”

Developer Caspar Tiarks said: “We have just renewed our broadband contract with the potential to go to up to 25 times faster at only 28 days’ notice, which is something no one else can currently match.”

He has also secured planning consent for detailed designs for a second phase of office development, which will give occupiers the chance to either buy or rent from 3,676 sq ft up to 15,210 sq ft within two new courtyards Severn Court and Avon Court.

Halls Commercial and John Ryde Commercial are marketing the remaining units on phase I of the park, along with the design & build opportunities on phase II.

Halls partner Rob Champion said: “We’ve been delighted by the speed that phase I units have been taken up and we’re delighted that occupiers are giving the park rave reviews.

“Brockeridge Park has lots to commend it: a beautiful location right by the motorway network with pretty much the only offices in the Tewkesbury area not surrounded by warehouses and industrial units.”
