Some 300 guests danced the night away at the Prince’s Trust 40th anniversary ball held this weekend at Sixways.
With a glamorous ‘celebration’ theme, the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Prince’s Trust Development Committee welcomed guests to the sell-out event.
Amid dinner, dancing, a silent auction and raffle, guests also enjoyed a fun casino and live music from local band ‘Come Together.’
Sally Palethorpe, Chair of the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Prince’s Trust Development Committee comments: “We were thrilled that our ball to celebrate 40 years of helping disadvantaged young people was a sell-out, and even happier that everyone enjoyed the occasion so much. Huge thanks must go to our sponsors, including Peplows and Onbusiness Corporate Travel Services for their part in the success of the event. We wanted to mark the very special 40th
anniversary of the Prince’s Trust, and I think we can say we did so in style!”
The evening raised £18,000 going towards an annual sum raised of £50,000 for the Prince’s Trust supporting their work in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
