Thomas Carroll, the insurance broking, financial planning and health & safety group, has hosted the first Broadway Brunch, a new networking initiative for local Herefordshire businesses.
Founded by the businesses at Broadway House on Broad Street, the quarterly brunch will alternate office locations, with the businesses in the building taking it in turns to host.
The first brunch was well supported with resident professionals from Haines Watts Chartered Accountants, TA Matthews Solicitors, Boultbee Brookes Real Estate and Handlesbanken in attendance, in addition to Little Princess Trust, Wye Valley Group and Hereford Football Club.
Claire Humphries, Branch Director at Thomas Carroll Hereford, said;
“The idea for the Broadway Brunch came about when our team realised that Broadway House is now quite the hub for professional services in Hereford, with so many of these businesses opting for office space in the building.
The Broadway brunch provides a regular opportunity for like-minded businesses to get to know one another better and network.
The brunch encourages us to work closer together which is beneficial for our clients. Knowing more about the other businesses in our building and on our door step means we are better placed to make useful recommendations when required. We can provide complimentary services for clients and professionals under one roof.
We also support a lot of the same local community initiatives such as Hereford Cathedral, Hereford Football Club and Little Princess Trust so we are looking forward to making a difference together.”
The next Broadway Brunch event is due to take place in June, to register your interest email firstname.lastname@example.org
