Home / News & Opportunities / Chamber News

Date: 30/08/2017

Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce would like to thank those who participated in the recent Customer Satisfaction Survey 2017.

The feedback from respondents has been overwhelming, and the Chamber will use the survey results to continue to support and deliver excellence to businesses in the two counties.

The Chamber Training department received fantastic feedback with 97% of respondents rating the training as “Excellent” or “Good”. Training was recognised as “professional”, with the trainers being highly commended for their organisation and knowledge of their subject areas.

Both the Events & Networking and Membership departments were rated as “Excellent” or “Good” by 95% of survey participants, with further recognition of the Policy department (92%) and Department for International Trade (94%), being highly praised as “very knowledgeable and helpful with matters concerning export documentation.”

There was appreciation for the Chamber’s events, including comments from respondents such as: “Maximising Your Membership. Very professionally presented and [easy] access to team members. The CEO was exemplary” and “excellent planning, preparation and execution of events.”

When asked to describe the Chamber in three words, participants were exceptionally complimentary. Survey respondents saw the Chamber as: “knowledgeable, accessible, helpful”, “proactive, relevant, and approachable” and “Insightful, helpful, valuable.”

The Customer Satisfaction Survey provides both Members, and Non-members, with the opportunity to feedback to Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce and offer insight into how the Chamber could improve its services.

The response from this year’s survey has been exceptional, and the Chamber would like to offer anyone interested in hearing more about the results of the survey to contact the Chamber on 01905 673 600.
