Successful networking groups currently exist in the Worcestershire area but not targeted at apprentices in the 18-24-year-old bracket.  Networking can prove daunting for someone new to the business world so, if you’re in this age group (or wish to support this group), come along and join us to find out more.

The format is currently bi-monthly social networking opportunities, hosted in Worcestershire and aimed at focussing on a particular business skill, life skill or information best practice sharing opportunity. We are not affiliated to any college, employer or training provider and, therefore, welcome attendance, support and input from any supporting organisations.

Apprentices in Business networking club was created by local business owners, who have recognised the advantages and benefits of having younger apprentices work for them, as a forum for increasing opportunities in the workplace and strengthening the links between schools, colleges, training providers and local companies.

As business owners, professionals and mentors, we need to give the apprentices a little something extra. At the AiB meetings, we aim to provide apprentice(s) with a like-minded group of individuals at all stages of an apprenticeship and experience. This will help them to network and socialise, improving their communication skills and networking skills. We will provide speakers who will cover all areas including customer service, marketing, organisation skills, business development and many more relevant topics.
