Why did you exhibit at the Expo?


We have decided to exhibit at the Hereford and Worcester Chamber of Commerce Expo as we are passionate about raising the profile of our business. We have found that through membership to the Chamber and exhibiting / sponsoring their events, that it is an excellent vehicle to promote our business to other local and regional businesses. We have met many a potential supplier at these events and have even re-connected with businesses that we may have lost touch with. Although we don’t attend the exhibitions purely to gain more business from the other attendees, it goes without saying that it is a great way to find potential new clients and have been very successful in doing this.

Would you recommend exhibiting at the Expo?


I would definitely recommend that any company who is considering exhibiting at an event to do so; however, I would also suggest that the appropriate time is given to planning the event; from the resource required to what your objectives are going to be on the day. As the saying goes, you will get out of it what you put in.

Chamber forum's


As a business we also take advantage of the different forum’s that the chamber hold. For example we recently attended the HR forum which is run in conjunction with Hewitt Recruitment. I found the forum extremely interesting, informative and useful to my business. I even met, what’s turned into, a new client walking back to my car! I have now booked on to the next one.

Business Profile:

ISO Quality Services Ltd is an independent organisation that specialises in the implementation, certification, training and continued auditing of ISO and BS EN Management Standards.

Personal Profile:

I am the Operations Director and I undertake an all-round role including new business development, sales and marketing, internal staff management, recruitment, networking and a general operational duties.
